If you’ve received funds by check or cash outside of your RallyUp fundraiser, you can enter these donations to be included in your online fundraiser. These donations will be included in your campaign's total amount raised.
How to add external donations
- Go to my campaigns in the left menu.
- If you have chosen list view, click on the title of your campaign. If you have chosen grid view, click on the campaign image.
- Click on manage external donations*.
- Click the add donation* button in the upper right.
- Enter the details of the offline donation and click save when you're done.
Good to know:
- RallyUp doesn't charge any fees for cash or check donations entered through this page.
- It will take a few minutes for donations added on this page to be reflected in your total amount raised.
- All donations you add here will also appear in your view donations* page in campaign management.
- You can add anonymous donations on this page by not entering a first and/or last name when adding the donation.
