Sometimes, you may need to see the receipts of your donors' transactions on your campaign. This is useful for when donors say they misplaced or didn’t receive a receipt and you want to resend it to them. 

How to resend a receipt

It's easy to resend any donor their receipt by email. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to your campaigns in the left menu (the megaphone icon).
  2. Click the title of the campaign you're working on.
  3. Click on view donations*.
  4. Find the donation you're looking for, hover over it, and in the three-dot menu on the right of that row click resend donation receipt*. 
  5. The email address associated with the donation will automatically appear. If you need to change the email address, you can do that here. Click RESEND

How to view a receipt

You can view a receipt by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to your campaigns in the left menu (the megaphone icon).
  2. Click the title of the campaign you're working on.
  3. Click on view donations*.
  4. Find the donation you're looking for, hover over it, and in the three-dot menu on the right of that row, click view receipt
  5. You can then copy the URL of the receipt page and send it to anyone you would like to view it. 

*The title of this page may be different depending on your campaign's terminology settings.
