Sometimes, you may need to see the receipts of your donors' transactions on your campaign. This is useful for when donors say they misplaced or didn’t receive a receipt and you want to resend it to them. 

How to resend a receipt

It's easy to resend any donor their receipt by email. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to my campaigns in the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen list view, click on the title of your campaign. If you have chosen grid view, click on the campaign image.
  3. Click on view donations*.
  4. Find the donation you're looking for, hover over it, and click on the three-dot icon on the right of that row.
  5. Click resend donation receipt*
  6. The email address associated with the donation will automatically appear. If you need to change the email address, you can do that here. 
  7. Click resend.

How to view a receipt

You can view a receipt by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to my campaigns in the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen list view, click on the title of your campaign. If you have chosen grid view, click on the campaign image.
  3. Click on view donations*.
  4. Find the donation you're looking for, hover over it, and click on the three-dot icon on the right of that row.
  5. Click view receipt.
  6. You can then copy the URL of the receipt page and send it to anyone you would like to view it. 

*Note: Terminology on these buttons may be different according to the terminology that you’ve chosen for your campaign.
