Sometimes, you may need to see the receipts of your donors' transactions on your campaign. This is useful for when donors say they misplaced or didn’t receive a receipt and you want to resend it to them.
How to resend a receipt
It's easy to resend any donor their receipt by email. Just follow these simple steps:
- Go to my campaigns in the left menu.
- If you have chosen list view, click on the title of your campaign. If you have chosen grid view, click on the campaign image.
- Click on view donations*.
- Find the donation you're looking for, hover over it, and click on the three-dot icon on the right of that row.
- Click resend donation receipt*.
- The email address associated with the donation will automatically appear. If you need to change the email address, you can do that here.
- Click resend.
How to view a receipt
You can view a receipt by following these simple steps:
- Go to my campaigns in the left menu.
- If you have chosen list view, click on the title of your campaign. If you have chosen grid view, click on the campaign image.
- Click on view donations*.
- Find the donation you're looking for, hover over it, and click on the three-dot icon on the right of that row.
- Click view receipt.
- You can then copy the URL of the receipt page and send it to anyone you would like to view it.
*Note: Terminology on these buttons may be different according to the terminology that you’ve chosen for your campaign.
