The campaign chatter on your fundraising page is a great way for your donors to share their excitement and engage with your cause. With that being said, sometimes you may need to edit and/or remove some of the comments you receive.
Here's how to edit or remove campaign chatter:
- Go to my campaigns in the left menu.
- If you have chosen list view, click on the title of your campaign. If you have chosen grid view, click on the campaign image.
- Click on view donations*.
- Find the contribution associated with the comment you want to edit, then click the 3 dot icon on the left.
- Click view receipt.
- Edit the comment at the top of the receipt. Then, click the continue button at the bottom to save the changes.
*Note that the terminology on these buttons may be different according to the terminology that you've created for your campaign.
