Limiting the total number of entries that you sell on your raffle is simple. This option would be useful, for example, if you wanted to have a maximum of 3,000 total entries in your raffle drawing.

Note: This feature is only available on raffle fundraisers. You cannot limit the total number of entries sold on a sweepstakes.

How to limit the total number of entries sold on your raffle

  1. Go to the raffle section of your raffle setup.
  2. Scroll down and click MORE OPTIONS on the card labeled, "How do you want to notify the donors who didn't win?"
  3. Check the box under “Are there a limited number of entries available for your raffle?”

Note: If your raffle is set to the option, "Donors will buy separate entries for each prize they want to win," you'll find this setting within each prize you add to the raffle. Click EDIT on each prize to set a specific entry quantity limit for each.
